Alwassia Coaching Services offers leadership development training for senior managers, middle managers, first-time managers, and promising young talent.
Since 2010, I have been traveling the Middle East managing & running leadership programs for some of the leading automotive companies of the world. My team and I love to design and deliver training programs tailored to our customers needs. We are also capable to run programs that are designed in-house by your company.

Leadership development programs are intensive off-site training, which can be broken up into more than one module over time and include a preparation and follow-up phase.
